Ravi has been with Sun India for the past 3 years and is responsible for the Finance function of Sun India that includes both the GSS organisation and the India Engineering Center. In this role, Ravi has a fiduciary responsibility and focuses primarily on providing business partnering support to the GSS organisation where Ravi works very closely with the country Managing Director and the heads of Sales and Services teams. Ravi also has oversight function over the GFS (Accounting), ITC (Invoice to Collect) and Payroll teams.

Prior to joining Sun, Ravi was Senior Vice President – Finance of Symphony Services heading their Finance, Treasury, Taxation, Corporate Law related matters, Mergers & Acquisitions and Infrastructure & Facilities.

Prior to Symphony,

• Ravi was one of the co-founders and CFO of Majoris Systems – a boutique IT services company
• Ravi was head of the Tax, Regulatory and Business Advisory Services Practise of Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Arthur Anderson, Bangalore. Ravi was responsible for the setting up of the Tax & Regulatory practice for Coopers & Lybrand for South India.
• Ravi is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India with over 20 years of post qualification experience. He is married to Asha, a talented artist and home maker and has 2 children- son Karan and daughter Kamya.
• Ravi is a serious amateur wildlife photographer, passionate about cricket, a keen horse rider and a recent entrant to Golf.
